At the Sensory Pathway Center, our programs are designed to support regulation, brain development, and independence through structured, goal-based care.

Core Programs

Neurosensory Program

A brain-based approach that helps children feel calm, improve focus, build coordination, and develop independence.

MNRI Method®

Supports the brain-body connection by addressing retained reflex patterns to improve regulation, coordination, and overall functioning.

Photobiomodulation (Quantum Reflex Integration – QRI)

A light-based therapy that supports brain function, reduces anxiety, and promotes better regulation and focus.

Rapid Prompting Method (RPM)

Supports communication and learning through structured prompting. As a Level 2–certified practitioner, we guide students toward expressive communication and academic growth using tools such as digital letterboards (CyBoard).

Smart Ball Program

Movement-based activities that improve coordination, balance, attention, and body awareness in an engaging way.

Bal-A-Vis-X

Rhythmic balance, auditory, and visual exercises that improve focus, coordination, and learning readiness.

Interactive Metronome

A structured program that improves timing, attention, motor planning, and overall brain efficiency through rhythmic training.

Adaptive Fitness

Customized movement and exercise programs designed to build strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence.

Life Skills

Neurodiverse Gardeners (Microgreens Program)

A hands-on hydroponic gardening program that builds independence, responsibility, and skills through real-life experiences.

Daily Living & Self-Care Skills

Programs designed to support independence in everyday activities such as routines, organization, and personal care.

Social Development

Structured support to help individuals engage, connect, and participate more confidently in social environments.

Digital & Technology-Based Learning

Digital Technology Integration

Use of interactive smart boards, communication tools, and digital platforms to support learning, engagement, and expression.

Research & Innovation

We actively collaborate with research initiatives, including work with Dr. Elizabeth Torres’ lab, supported by a grant from NJEDA, to advance evidence-informed practices and improve outcomes.

Evaluations & Consultations

Comprehensive Evaluation

A detailed assessment of your child’s strengths and needs, including:

  • Up to 4 hours of testing
  • Written report
  • Recommendations for therapy and educational planning (IEP guidance)

Consultation & Treatment Planning

Personalized guidance for families to determine the most effective next steps and create an individualized plan.

What Else we offer

Intensive Clinic

  • Focused programs (10–15 hours per week) designed to accelerate progress toward specific goals.
  • Consistent, structured sessions that support ongoing development and skill-building.
  • Guided support for families implementing programs at home, with regular follow-ups and progress monitoring.
  • Remote sessions for families who are unable to attend in person.

Workshops & Training

Educational sessions for parents, caregivers, and professionals to better support neurodiverse individuals.
